Private rooms

The discretion of a closed room. The operating system of an open one.

Curated private dinners, roundtables, and invite‑only conversations for eight to twenty‑four. Guest list built from the matching engine, logistics run by the platform team, and every conversation quietly logged so nothing falls through after everyone goes home.

Formats

Four formats. Same underlying rails.

6 – 8

Private dinner

A curated dinner with six to eight principals. Chatham House rules by default. Ideal for closing a specific relationship or opening a new market.

10 – 14

Roundtable

Topic‑driven roundtable with a chair and a working question. Every seat costs, so nobody is there by accident. Transcript and summary written the next morning.

18 – 24

Salon

Small salon evening with a keynote conversation, curated mingle, and structured intros. Between a dinner and a summit in feel.

Invite‑only

Closed conference

Multi‑day invite‑only conference for one industry vertical. Full xEVENTSx platform under the hood, gated invite list, no public event page.

How the guest list is built

Not a favor economy. A matching engine.

Guest lists are constructed against a written objective. The matching engine surfaces the seats that make the room work; the host layer handles outreach; the platform handles the confirmations, dietary preferences, seating, and follow‑up.

Objective brief

You write the outcome you want the room to produce (a raise, an introduction cluster, a market entry, a policy conversation). We write it into the platform as the room's objective.

Guest match

Engine scores potential guests against the objective. You get a shortlist with the reasoning per seat, not a bulk contact list. You veto or add anyone.

Outreach

Vetted host layer handles the invitation, the follow‑ups, the RSVP hygiene, and the read on who to keep pushing. Confirmations land in the platform in real time.

Run of show

Platform team runs the logistics (venue, menu, seating, briefs, speaker notes, materials). You show up, host well, and leave with the outcomes documented.

Quiet follow‑up

The next morning, every conversation surfaces as a follow‑up task with recommended language. Where warranted, a deal room spawns with the right people already inside.

Why the platform matters here

Discretion & observability are not opposites.

The reason private rooms fail is not the room. It is that nothing that happens in the room ever makes it back to a system that can compound it. xEVENTSx solves that quietly: nothing is public, but everything is captured for your own workspace.

Chatham House by default nothing exits the room.
Private workspace only notes stay on your account, not marketing.
Real logs every intro, every follow‑up owed, every ask.
Deal‑room spawn promote a conversation without breaking discretion.
XODIAK attribution revenue traces back to the seat that started it.
No case studies unless you explicitly opt‑in, no external reference.

Tell us the outcome. We will build the room.

A short brief on who you want across the table and what you want the room to produce. We come back with a shortlist and a proposal.
